I started going here last year, as my left ear 👂 had become impacted from using Q-tips for too many years🙅🏻♀️. Ana was a super star 🌟 and was able to get me cleaned out after a few sessions🙌🏻. I was disappointed to hear that she’s no longer with the company, but my recent visit went well too. From my experience so far, the staff are friendly and professional
