Very knowledgeable and very professional. Spent the time needed to meet our needs and get the correct appliance for me. She explained the test results and all the options and made sure our questions were answered. I felt comfortable at the end of the visit that I am getting the best product for my needs and abilities in using and wearing the hearing aids. The doctor went out of her way to accommodate my special needs, not just a one size fits all approach. KEW
