We feel so blessed to have our hearing needs met at Ascent Audiology. Dr Bob Smith is so attentive to our needs and spends quality time with us to make sure we are completely satisfied. We highly recommend Ascent Audiology to anyone with hearing concerns.

Dr. Smith was thorough and professional. Even though I have some hearing loss, I’m not ready for hearing aids yet. I appreciate the honest assessment. When I am ready for hearing aids, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere but here. The staff was also very warm and welcoming.

On the first appointment he was professional, but on the appointment a few weeks later, where I picked up the hearing aids, I was 20 minutes late (because I live 30 miles away and hit traffic , and even though on the first appt. I waited 40 minutes), I received a sarcastic lecture about whether I understood that he was a Dr and was very important. We were so lucky to find Ascent Audiology! My grandmother was struggling for months with having hear aides from another doctor that were ill fitted and stressful to her. Ascent listened to our problems, communicated with us throughout the whole process, and helped us have my grandmother retested and refitted for new hearing aids that worked! We are so grateful for their help, incredible service, and genuine concern for my grandmothers health throughout the whole process.
