We were so lucky to find Ascent Audiology! My grandmother was struggling for months with having hear aides from another doctor that were ill fitted and stressful to her. Ascent listened to our problems, communicated with us throughout the whole process, and helped us have my grandmother retested and refitted for new hearing aids that worked! We are so grateful for their help, incredible service, and genuine concern for my grandmothers health throughout the whole process.

Dr Bob was professional and patient with my mom. Kathy was very polite and explained the process easily.
