Beautiful and nice staff
I would not recommend this building due to the HOA’s unreasonable policies and frequent, unjustified charges. Whenever you try to raise concerns or seek solutions, they are dismissive and refuse to take responsibility, claiming they are “not Bodgig” instead of addressing the issue. Communication is frustrating, and it feels like they prioritize fees over residents’ well-being or common sense solutions. Prospective residents should be cautious and prepared for unnecessary conflicts with the HOA.
It's still an amazing building. We built it, of course, 13 years ago.
Beautiful spacious flats, all owned by their respective occupants... enormous parking garage and many more amenities...!
