Ascesion is a beautiful wholistic center - a gem everyone should know about. From water, to oils, art, local handcrafted gifts, clothing, there is soothing for everyone! Membership gives you access to infrared sauna, vibration therapy, and filtered water. Events are great too. Go visit!

I can’t say enough good things about Ascension Wellness in Huntington, NY! Danielle Cooley has created an amazing environment that’s both relaxing and energizing. She truly cares about everyone who walks through the door, and her attention to detail shows. The offerings are incredible—cold plunge, foot baths, sauna, and even a vibrating device that’s guaranteed to make you chuckle (I learned about it firsthand!). Love it here- the owner Danielle and her staff are so warm & welcoming. Really enjoyed the sauna after a yoga class- the spot for all the feel good vibes! Highly recommend it for your healing journey.
