I've been trying to schedule an appointment for my mom since June 16, on June 18 I was told the radiologist had all her information and they would call us back that it typically only takes 24 hours. I called again Tuesday June 23rd and the radiologist still has not reviewed her file.

They won’t even allow dads to accompany moms during the first ultrasound. I was informed that it’s policy not to permit both parents in the back for imaging. Why does everything seem to target the nuclear family? Ascension Texas Imaging has officially taken away the joy of this appointment for every couple who will attempt to have their first ultrasound in the future.
Rude people work there, front desk lady will give you an attitude as soon as you walk in. Horrible experience, also not allowed to bring someone in which is a JOKE!
