I have tried to contact this office two days in a row. I called in 45-minute increments and waited 20 minutes minimum each time. I need a copy of my MRI sent to my physician as quickly as possible. I see other reviews with this issue, but there is still no resolution. Reviews seem to have no effect.

Good luck with getting someone to answer your call. I called twice, and was on hold for over 20 minutes both times.
