The freestanding ED at Trussville is an excellent facility if you need emergency care! I didn't have to wait long, the ED was immaculate, and everyone was so nice and professional. I received excellent care from all of the nurses and Dr. Ledbetter. They listened to my symptoms and quickly diagnosed my issue. I highly recommend them for emergency care-they are top notch!
The Freestanding ER was great. Went to the facility with what we thought was a minor issue, but thanks to the diligence of our nurses (Sydney and Trent) a life threatening emergency was discovered and we were able to be transferred to the main hospital for surgery. Went there today.(After I had called to make sure they could or would see her for her particular issue) I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. The receptionist was the only one who actually treated my daughter with any kind of respect. So to her thank you! The nurses and doctor need some work on their bed side manners and speaking over people. I’ve never left an ER so quickly. Rude. Rude.Rude. Husband stuck a stick into leg. He waited too long for stitches and they cleaned wound sending antibiotics cream home with him.
10/10 every time we’ve ever had to go. They are so kind, considerate and so aware of their patients! I’m so grateful for their fast and helpful services!
