I came in bleeding and in major pain. I have never been treated so well in an ER before. The doctor and nurses that took care of me had the best bedside manner. I felt that they really cared about me and couldn't be happier. Thank you very much

There was No Waiting Time to go into the Exam Room, the Entry Paperwork was a Breeze and Each person from the Guard & Receptionist to ALL the Medical Staff was so AMAZING! The freestanding ED at Trussville is an excellent facility if you need emergency care! I didn't have to wait long, the ED was immaculate, and everyone was so nice and professional. I received excellent care from all of the nurses and Dr. Ledbetter. They listened to my symptoms and quickly diagnosed my issue. I highly recommend them for emergency care-they are top notch!
The Freestanding ER was great. Went to the facility with what we thought was a minor issue, but thanks to the diligence of our nurses (Sydney and Trent) a life threatening emergency was discovered and we were able to be transferred to the main hospital for surgery.
