I am very satisfied with Ascension in Waycross. I love Alice Taylor. All of the nurses have been pleasant and kind. The office staff has been great. I really don't know how you could improve things there.

The medical professionals and support staff are exceptional. They dedicate ample time to attentively listen to your concerns and thoroughly review all pertinent information.
I am finding someone new. This is the very last time I go without my meds because of them! Do not go if you need meds that have to a Dr. to sign off on refills. Enough is more than enough. I cannot trust them at all
I cherish my practioner but when I call to ask about my medication I was connected to a woman I was unsure what her name was but when I asked her about my prescription and why I wasn't notified and she said they were short staffed and didn't have time to call me. That is very unacceptable from the office who treats you. People should be notified.
