honestly I have nothing good to say about this place. The nurses were unhelpful. I felt as if I was an inconvenience for calling. Then to get them to call you back it was always at least 24 hours. I am trying to seek fertility treatments and when I started with the first dr, she wouldn't listen to my history or what I had done in the past that had worked. The employs are nice and understanding but the wait time to be seen after your already back is absolutely atrocious I've never had to wait so long in my life miserable experience
Had to visit the ER sunday the 20th..lacerated my left had severely. Was treated exceptionally well by everyone involved. My kudos to the triage guy, Phil and Nurse Randi and arnp Cheryl. They were kind, professional and sympathetic! 5 stars from me!!
I am furious with them. Absolutely inappropriate behaviors and 110% lack of care. A medication they put me on was causing horrible side effects. When I called in to speak with someone about feeling suicidal and if I should stop the medication or if it would hurt more, I was hung up on twice. A friend of mine was also hung up on because she was frustrated and "not talking nice". They don't return calls, the nurses are HORRIBLE and don't care about mental health what so ever. I went here because of a surgeon I wanted for my procedure, he did awesome. The post op Team was by far the worst ever. Please check all options before going through the fiasco I had to. Just RUDE at a time of crisis when that's the last thing you need.
Avoid this place and make the drive to another clinic if you are suffering from anything that might require an antibiotic because this group of young doctors have a policy to NOT give antibiotics even when you need them. This is the 2nd time they have not treated us properly and we had to go to yet another clinic days later because our condition got seriously bad. I would have rather been treated down a dark ally somewhere ! I left in more pain than what I arrived in, the staff were absolutely moronic, when doing the initial check for bed sores required by law I had a male nurse and make tech, I expressed that I was not comfortable with them checking me and wanted a female nurse to check me but they ignored my request and checked me anyways, my tech told me they didn't have ice packs after the neurologist just ordered me to have one on 15 minutes out of every hour, they put me on 4 di... read more
Use caution Lay People! Providence is trying to fill up their new Hospice unit! Your loved one will be there if it's left up to the hospitalists and the physicians! If they are in a nursing facility... let them go home! Let the people who have cared for them be close to them at the end!
