Everyone was so awesome the p.a. was really great and considerate and very knowledgeable everyone was so pleasent
Unfortunately, I have to use hospital facilities frequently. This hospital is the best. Great care. Friendly, caring staff (nurses, doctors, and non medical staff.). I couldn’t ask for better care. Saint Vincent Indianapolis is the same way.
Visited this urgent care with congestion, coughing a very bad looking mucous and wheezing. I said I am sure I need an antibiotic and cough medicine and an inhaler would have been nice....I was given a steroid shot which will help my allergies but does nothing for the discolored mucous I am coughing up....I called the very next day to report that I’m sure I need an antibiotic and was told I’d have to come in again! My mother was admitted for having heart problems and he first nigh she was in so much pain her body went numb and he throat closed . They told her they needed to run some tests before she was released. The doctor had already released her BEFORE they started the tests my mom is now in another facility. Waiting for open heart surgery because they refused to listen to her and TRY and figure out what could be wrong , this hospital has been horrible. I was in admitted to oncology on Thanksgiving day of 2017. I arrived by ambulance due to infection after gallbladder surgery that I had a week prior. The entire staff that had helped me in my recovery was absolutely EXCELLENT! I could not have even wished or prayed for better care than I was given. Just had my baby there over the weekend. Great staff nice rooms for delivery and recovery.
Despite my history with this Hospital they actually still care about me considering I used to be in there two or three times a week from domestic violence they know my history they take my complaint seriously and they do what they can to fix it. I went there with stroke-like symptoms and they provided excellent care not bad for a small town Hospital.
They have always given the best care to my Son, myself and other family members. The best hospital by far
My friend had hip surgery and the medical team was awesome,clean facility, terrific Customer service.
