This has been the worst healthcare experience I've ever encountered. I was scheduled for a hearing test at 7:30am. I showed up about 10 minutes early and waited, but the office was clearly closed - no lights on and the doors were locked. I waited until 7:30, but no one showed. I called the office and the voicemail stated they didn't open until 8:30.
