ER room visit I was taken back right away. They did thorough testing and treatment regimen. Staff was extremely pleasant and professional. Dr Titzer I felt took time to talk and didn’t make me feel as if he was in a rush to get out of the room.
Registration lady extremely rude.
The whole staff was wonderful with my 4 year old who needed stitches for the first time. The kept her calm by explaining every step before doing it. They made her laugh and reassured her. And us.
Warrick St. Vincent was very caring to my needs.
