I needed to go to the emergency room on Friday and after looking at all the ERs in my area and Louisville I picked this one because it has great reviews compared to the 1 and 2 stars in the city. The ER is small but clean, there was no one there when I arrived and check in was a breeze. The nurses were very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was quickly and thoroughly checked out. Although I was there for a while, it was because they were treating everyone who came in, the same way they treated me. I felt comfortable and felt better when I left.
My nurses and Dr. Were very incredibly caring and amazing
