The nursing staff is dismissive, cold, and neglectful in terms of paying attention to the patient and keeping them updated on the progression of things throughout the course of their care. I was not given a way to call a nurse if I had a question or even an emergency. I was left to sit for hours without any contact from the nurses unless I walked from my trauma room in the ER to the nurse's station.
