This is BY far, the most depressing and sad hospital I’ve been to. We got sent to radiology from a clinic for a chest x-ray due to horrible pain and discomfort. We arrive and walk in, to see barely no lights on, no one was in there, maximum of 5 people there from what I saw. It took at least, 45 minutes to even get checked in, during check in they got numerous amounts of information wrong, having to repeat and start over 3 times if not more. Room i was admitted to had a spent needle on the floor with other trash.. Needed a simple epipen for an allergic reaction i was having, time was of the essence. Did they care no. Took 45 min to finally get one after I started getting a rash and couldn't breath.
MADE US WAIT FOR A EPIPEN AT THE EMERGENCY ROOM???!??????!!!
I just received a 722.40$ bill in the mail and all they did was tell me to let my daughter’s eye heal and not even do anything. They sent antibiotics to cvs and that’s it. They didn’t even touch her. 722$ and is due 1 month after visit for absolutely nothing this place is ridiculous. And they took probably an hour and a half just to even get in to look at her I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone on earth.
