Friendly, understanding, listens to every concern you might have. This place is wonderful, employees are even better. I Would recommend to my family, and I am VERY protective of my family! If you need to know where a certain office is, they don't just TELL you, they TAKE you. I needed directions to get from my home to them, the nurse spent 18 minutes on the phone telling me each turn.. Lord, they are great. Well worth the drive and time to get good medical service.
