Paid in full in cash at visit and got a $400+ bill months later, no one will answer the phone - the robot says it's 'after hours' with no way to leave a message during the middle of the day. Friendly people, good atmosphere - sketchy billing at best.
Came to the ER this morning with my husband because he is in alot of pain, sitting waiting for a while now, I got out of the room to see if I can get a nurse or a doctor, finally saw one and asked her find someone because my husband's pain was getting worse, she never did, we called another one and she was rude and acting like we were bothering her. The ER is great...however, being admitted to the 2nd floor was beyond a nightmare...the 1st 2 days were fine for the most part...then Deidre came to work...she had an awful attitude with me from my doorway...she was beyond hateful and cruel...I reported her and things became worse...I refused to have her in my room and was told I wouldn't have a nurse for 24 hours...this included receiving all of my medications...needless to say, I needed my medicine due to my health issues...her presence persuaded all but 2 of the other nur... read more
Visited the Emergency Department a few days ago. My wife had a sudden and severe headache. She could hardly walk or talk. Doctor just brushed us off and gave her a shot. I pressed for a CT scan to rule out other things and he seemed offended that I would even ask. Coming fiercely in the room asking what changed like we were children. Why wouldn’t you take every measure to rule out things rather than assuming it a headache by looking at her? The other staff were amazing that’s where the 3 stars come in.
Only giving one star so I can leave this review, if I could I would give it -100. The nurse we had didn’t have any knowledge of what they could do to help us and we never got to see the doctor so I’m not even sure if they have one there. Definitely drive further to a better hospital if you have serious concerns that need addressed quickly.
