We come to do hearing test to out new baby the lady who did the test was very aggressive she pushed the thing very hard inside the ear made our baby cry so much. I won’t recommend dealing business with this place.
While I have nothing bad to say about the department and the clinicians I saw I do have a problem with the chargers. There was a $330 charge which I didn’t know about for dispensing and I was told that was for instructing how to use hearing aids and as I told the girl you do not have to do that because I’ve had hearing aids for almost 20 years. I think it is an outrageous charge. They’re already getting your insurance and whatever else you have to pay over that for the hearing aids plus all the testing that was done and I ha... read more
