Joe, Connie and the rest of the team are helpful and engaged. I appreciate the level of care and respect they give their patients.
The resident was very kind asking questions and giving advice. When the chief came in he was very cold and distant not friendly at all. In fact he never introduced himself just stood there without a word, I introduced myself and extended my hand. His reaction was definitely a turn off for me. When you are sick or have an illness proper bedside manner extended is a most to feel comfortable and that the physician cares or at least cares enough to introduce themselves
