Staff is nice during the morning and afternoon hours. I've had a lot of conversations with a few of the friendly faces.
I was involved in a motorcycle accident and was taken to Clay Co Hospital and was seen immediately by the staff there. Everyone was very helpful and worked in a timely matter on my behalf and I appreciated their assistance greatly!
You lost three stars because your lady at the front desk did not truly listen to me and why I needed seen. This was apparent from the fact that to get seen after a very lengthy wait my sister had to call the ER and complain that I had not been seen when my doctor called me at home and told me that I needed to be seen as soon as possible or I might have a seizure. I was getting ready to leave and drive to Terre Haute to a hospital. I did end up been transferred to a larger hospital so obviously my doctor was correct.
