Scheduling third party is AWFUL
Scheduling was challenging due to language and communication barriers. I did not understand a word he was saying. I also thought he scheduled me for a certain date and when I got the email confirmation it was for a completely different date.
My OB/gyn sent in a referral THREE times for my abbreviated breast mri. Every time I call the scheduling number, it’s someone clearly from a foreign country who has no clue what they’re doing and saying that they haven’t received the referral. Not sure what to do at this point to get my imaging done.
