I was seen at the Er and they were awesome! 4 days later I go in to and appointment that I arrived to 15 minutes early, I was not seen for and hour. When Dr.Tarek TaHa came into the room he was chewing gum asked me how I was, then said I needed surgery. When I asked him to show me my own X-rays and explain everything to me he became agitated and rude. All because I asked for clarification. I had a terrible post-surgical experience here. The nurses and billing department staff were all incredibly rude and uncaring. Will never go here again.
rushed my roomate to the er, gave them her name and date of birth. they were incredibly rude. telling us there were going to call the cops because they didn't have her information. a lady walked out from the back and said to me "well you might as well leave, you have no reason to be here. you don't know her." took her shirt off her, and when she went to leave and asked for it back they said "oh go look for it idk." we ended up leaving.t
