I have never left a revithis low about a doctor's office. I have been a patient of Dr vanderveen for 10 or more years and never had a problem with his office, receptionist,nurses,or dr vanderveen. He has moved to this office and the other receptionist is rude and expects new patients to know how "their system works" how would anyone know without being told NICELY. I have to go back in 6 months and if she's is rude and uncaring towards me again I will return the rudeness sorry to say. Hopefully he will move out
Everyone was so caring and professional, I felt I was in very good hands. IV and blood work, didn't feel a puncture that's always good in my book
