Some of the staff is very pleasant. I do not recommend Sue Johnson if your seeing her for any mental health needs. acts like your trying to just get drugs. will not be going back.
Not accepting new patients, spent an entire year trying to get in only for them to tell me that.
Will not return. Whoever answers the phones there shouldn’t answer the phones if they have a problem doing their job. Scheduled a new patient appointment, received a letter from them that the provider I was scheduled with was leaving the practice. I called to see if I should schedule with another provider since I haven’t seen this one yet and was told no. Where is the quality of care? Don't go on that vacation you've been planning. Deliver the baby here instead! They feed you three full-course meals every day with several alternatives. All the obstetrics nurses have excellent bedside manners. Finally, Dr. Landrey is a miracle worker—so easygoing and professional.
The office staff is awful! Very rude, ZERO compassion! Just nasty. I'm a nurse and I would NEVER treat anyone the way that office treats patients !!! Zero stars
