Great hospital. Had great experience in er. Was admitted to hospital for 2 days. Excellent medical care. Really good food, especially the meat loaf and salads. People were all very nice and professional.
I had to get some imaging done, so I called ahead of time just to make sure what I needed to be done could be done. I could not get anyone on the phone. I decided to call back multiple times, 6xs to be exact and I started to just go try every department trying to get a human on the phone and it was ridiculous, I gave up. The only one I didn't try was the ER department out of respect for the PTs and busy employees in that department. Idk i expect more from a hospital, even taken into consideration it's tawas hospital lol.
What a joke Waste of time to go there, unless you want a referral to go to Someplace else.
