Jenks Urgent care has a special gift in that their supervisors allows them to make decisions independently. The bedside manner is too notch! Even better, I overheard the staff talking about a competition with a box of football fun stuff that their manager Marissa did for them. That kind of thing boosts morale and shows your associates that they are appreciated. Patients feel this in their care and atmosphere when they come in. I was here recently with my husband and wanted to compliment the ASJ Jenks Urgent Care staff! The manager Mariza (or Marissa sorry if I don’t spell it correctly) was so patient in answering our questions and made sure we were being taken care of. We don’t typically go to UC but our PCP couldn’t get us in that day. It’s not often that you interact with a manager, and she was SO courteous and professional. Please thank her for her knowledge and compassion! Will definitely recommend this location!
Mariza is absolutely outstanding! I was touched that she came by to check on me prior to me leaving. She truly cares that patients receive the care that we need! Thank you, Mariza, for going above and beyond—you're a true asset to the team!
At the AMG Urgent Care in Jenks, the type of care, quality, and experience was top notch. I am rating them a five star urgent care in Tulsa County for their professionalizm, friendliness, knowledge, safety, cleanliness, and quality of care. This will definitely be my "go to" clinic of choice. Check in was easy and the manager Mariza even walked me back to an exam room because I was in so much pain. Overall best experience I’ve had in a long time. A lot of Urgent Cares are still requiring appointments and when I called to inquire I was told to walk in anytime that was best for me the facility is so clean and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and all of the staff were very caring and made me feel so much better, even with how bad I felt when I got there.
