Every moment at the urgent care was really nice. I checked in easily and was seen promptly. The care was excellent and I felt very well taken care of. Every one was professional , polite and ready to help me in any way needed.
As I came in with breathing issues I was asked 60 times if I had asthma when I don’t and said no every time. She proceeded to give me medicine that wasn’t an antibiotic for bronchitis, along with an over the counter nasal spray that I can’t use because it burns more then helps. I don’t think they knew what they were doing and were very rude the whole process.
I love this urgent care. It’s clean and the doctors are amazing. The self pay prices are affordable.
Twisted my knee at work. Nice and swollen for a few days and quite painful. As always , I received timely professional care. Diamond the PA and the xray tech were terrific. Super competent and good communicators. From regular illness to injuries, this is the only place I choose to go for immediate medical care.
