I visited about a year ago. Because of COVID protocol, staff made me stand by the door and announce the reason I was there in front of the entire waiting room. I said I’d prefer not to say it out loud, but the staff member at the door had a very hostile attitude and told me she needed my reason, but that I needed to remain socially distant. It was super embarrassing. I always have insanely long wait times when I’m here as well. Save yourself the trip and visit a better urgent care instead.
The staff was incredibly attentive, listened as I described my issues and helped build a PT plan that got me back to a place of no pain and mobility and an ability to play with the little ones in my life. Tony and team are exceptional. They worked with me on a time that best fit my needs and I loved that it was in my neighborhood and easily accessible. I also loved to find out all the great services they provide so that I may share with others should the need arise. Great team. Great location.
Im pretty sure this is just a covid testing site. Anything else is referred elsewhere after a nice long wait on hold. They sure are proud of their masks though lol!
Rude and useless. Go elsewhere. No wonder theyre closing down for good.
