I have multiple doctors who are always ordering bloodwork. I drive past other offices to come here. I am a hard draw and never have issues here. They are all super nice and I am completely comfortable coming here.
Terrible experience. Lead phlebotomist was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I am pregnant and waited 45 minutes just to drop off a urine analysis. I was reprimanded for not bringing my order from my doctor even though there was a copy made when I came in the day prior. She threw my paperwork in the trash in front of me and walked away from me. Would not recommend at all.
The nurse doing the blood work is brilliant, 3 visits, no discomfort.
