My father is a patient here and has been for several years, I have never had such a bad experience with a medical facility. We have also gone to UofM and I would highly recommend you go there if you have that option. The level of customer service, care and responsiveness at this facility is very poor, for example when his Dr was out of town no update/transfer of care was provided to the parter Dr. In addition, getting my Father the medication he needed for pain management has required me to spend hours per day on the phone l... read more
