I recently attended a Retreat here and the space is stunning! The sauna and cold plunge area is state of the art. The hosts are very welcoming and the food is all home cooked from farm to table. Thank you for sharing your sanctuary with us! 😊
Absolutely unreal experience at Ascension Springs Wellness. We did breathwork sessions, hit the cold plungers, sweated it out in the saunas, and then ate like kings with a feast of bison burgers, fresh salads, warm bread, and a solid lineup of hot and cold drinks. It was a proper men’s retreat — a chance to fully check out, reset the mind, and just be in the moment. Honestly, one of the best things you can do for your mental health. Huge thanks to the crew at Ascension Springs. Will 100% be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
