The location for Ascension Springs is the perfect escape. Ascension Springs is the epitome of beauty and tranquility. I never could have imagined how incredible (and immediate) the effects of cold plunge treatments are.
Beautiful and relaxing, energizing and grounding. Being immersed in nature at one of the most beautiful tranquil spots in alberta; you are able to reconnect with not only yourself but a higher power. Illana, Jeff and Josh do a wonderful job of making you feel at peace and at home. Not to mention the food 👌 10/10 will be going back!
Everything about Ascension Springs is amazing!! The location is so serene, and the hosts make you feel right at home and very well taken care of! I don’t think I have ever been in such a big sauna, it is very special!!
