My experience at Ascension Seaton HL Emergency was excellent. Very caring and compassionate team that was professional and adept. I am very grateful for the excellent care I received.
This was probably my worse experience with Seton ER in Burnet. I understand that they were very busy and appreciate that they have to take the most urgent cases first. However I was put in a room with just a couple of very uncomfortable chairs and did not see a soul for 2 hrs. I only went to ER because my doctor told me to as they could not see me and I was having a hard time managing my fever and not really sure what was causing it. The staff was very efficient, quick to respond and caring. Would not hesitate to go there again and so glad we have them near my community!
