Love this clinic, they are so friendly and truly doing the best. Dr. Chesshir is great! I can only give 3 stars due to how incredibly hard it is to make an appointment. When I tried to establish care, I had to ask a friend that works there to get them to call me back. Finally got in and the visit is great, all staff is wonderful. I just think they need some front help with getting phone calls answered. Today I called to get an appointment and am waiting on a call back. Shouldn’t be this way. Experience was good as always, care is always excellent. The only complaint I have is the fact that the wait time was just too long, I had to wait almost an hour between the time I was put in the examination room and the time the doctor actually came in.
Got in to appt quickly, nurse was very sweet and efficient. Carie Fansler reviewed my Health information, allowed me to ask questions and make request I need to know about. Gave me information about the appt, and the next appt along with suggestions I need to do to stay healthy.
