I went in to seton medical Saturday 4/3/2026 due to my entire face, entire face swelling up and causing severe pain and disorientation and weak body and eyesight. I explained that I had to leave work and I haven’t slept in three days and didn’t believe this was a sinus infection. The nurse I believe his name was Matt was amazing. Horrible place, bearded guy at reception lied about a law where they can't tell you the copay. Then they said they couldn't do anything and sent me on my way with a large bill. complete scam, these people don't want to help you they just want to get your insurances money. Entire time i was suffering they were training somebody to type on the computers the slowest the could, and when i was released the information for me was wrong. it said i needed to return in a week to get my sutures removed when i hadn't even had stitches ... read more
Do not go here!!! I was woken up to a call from my wife saying Seton Ascension wouldn’t treat my stepson, were threatening to have her arrested and she needed me there…. Upon my arrival I saw my wife in the Parking lot with my stepson laid out in the back of his SUV writhing in pain due to the deliberate indifference shown to his medical condition.
