Care by the nursing staff was great. The doctors, I know the go by guidelines, are more interested in br instead of the living, breathing patient in front of them. A new doctor starting rotation, come in stating your numbers look good so you are going home today. He never examined me, or asked the nursing staff, just looked at the numbers.

Went to the ER for possible allergic reaction to a horsefly bite. Nurse took me in room, never told me her name. Write down my info on a PAPER TOWEL! No chart or paper but a PAPER towel. That was wierd but also never looked at my sting just said the DR would be in. I sat there for 45 min and thankfully wasn't having an allergic reaction because no one came in. I finally went out and asked to leave. I told them that they could've at least brought me ice and benadryl. They then offered that but I opted to leave and do that at ... read more

This is one of the best hospitals I have ever had to visit. I’ve cared for my mother and many family members in hospitals in many states. A Colorado native on a travel thru Brookfield Wisconsin we had an emergency. Amazing director that took the time to visit my son along with a great sense of humor when it came to my fear of elevators. An amazing vibe and I felt the love of Christ in many staff members. Very busy night in the ER. Great care - just very slow. But I love the personal service and will definitely have my mom cared for there again.
