Scheduling was easy, 10:45 AM; however, after arriving 15 minutes early, with nobody but me in the waiting room, I was not seen until 11:40, with no explanation. The PA that saw me was cursory and prescribed two meds. Unfortunately, it turned out the antibiotic she prescribed was not appropriate for my condition, and could even exacerbate it. This place is the worst. Rushed meeting with an X-ray tech in place of a nurse and then a provider of unknown credentials (he introduced himself as “I’m the provider today”) says he’s going to order me antibiotics for my presumptive strep throat even though my strep test was negative. Fine, but then the antibiotics order never actually gets sent to the pharmacy. My wife has had prescription issues at this place multiple times. What a waste of time and money.
