I like how convenient the location is. The facility is solid. But their SolvHealth app is the most incredibly frustrating, useless medical app ever. Every time I check in, I have to enter and scan everything I’ve already entered or saved into my app profile before—E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G…Insurance card personal details, my emergency contact, my consent.
