My experience was great! The process was quick and convenient to check in online. The staff and doctor was very pleasant and when it came to my diagnosis I was extremely satisfied. The doctor knew exactly what was wrong with me and how to treat me. I had been sick for 2 weeks with changing symptoms where I started off with a virus and that turned into a bacterial infection which was bronchitis. Very professional and caring service
This review is for Melissa McAnally, N.P. I've seen her twice now, and she's awesome. Somehow, she makes it snappy without rushing. She listens, is easy to talk to, and really knows her stuff. She's patiently answered all of my questions and is an all around great person to go see when you're sick. Highly recommend her!
Melissa Nurse Practitioner was excellent with my special needs sister - with an ear ache - problem solved with wax removal
Absolutely the nicest people, and helped me with a prescription while I was visiting Nashville. From the front desk person, to the nurse, to the nurse practitioner—they were all efficient, kind, and knowledgeable providers. The wait was pretty long, but when I was in the room, I did not feel rushed at all. I can’t remember everyone’s name, but the nurse practitioner’s first name was Melissa. Five stars for everyone!
