The staff was courteous and the provider was very helpful. My only concern was the unpleasant odor in the office. It reminded me of a veterinary clinic, which made the environment less comfortable. Since this was my first visit to this urgent care, I am unsure if this is typical.
The ladies at the front desk need to retake a course on professionalism and proper mannerism. For no reason should a patient be greeted by a health care worker with a mouth full of food, nor should the patient be able to see everything said health care worker is having for lunch. And said health care worker should be using their mouth to speak (without food) and not their head.
