Was trail running at Dunbar Cave when I was stung on the nose by a wasp. I went there because my nostrils and side of face quickly started swelling. They got me back very fast and administered injections and an EpiPen. I felt bad because I was sweating so much and dirty from the run, but they thought nothing of it. Special thanks to Dawn Smith and the nurse (I didn’t get her name) - you ladies saved my butt!
