If I could leave a zero I would. I unfortunately had to change primary physician a few months ago, after being with.mine for 15 plus years. I get the lovely Rachel Hill, a nurse practitioner who thinks she knows it all, yet ANY medical condition you have, she sends you off. Try to talk to her about history and she'll blow you off to someone else and will not write any prescription that she doesn't treat, but when I tell her one RX is written daily she refuses to change to prn, it's a WATER PILL! I've had previous issues and inconsistencies without leaving a review but this evening has done me in. I called Monday 3-4-24. Asked if they were taking new patients. Receptionist stated yes. I explained my son needed a sports physical. Appt was made for Wednesday 3-6-24 @ 3:30pm. I received a phone call at work with their unprofessional receptionist telling me appointment with Dr. Rachel Hill is cancelled because she will NOT do a sports physical and I need to find a Pediatrician.
