I was sent to ICU. They were awesome very awesome and then as my step down I actually recommended that nurse for the award when you scan the code I would recommend your hospital to anybody and it was easy for them to call the VA to get everything done was needed

The ER was a great place to go when I was very sick. I am very thankful and grateful. The reason for the 1 star is unfortunately due to billing. The Philippines billing team is the worst I have EVER had to deal with. Sorry for the ER team, but not sorry for the billing team.

I received a call stating my prescription was ready to ship with a price of $47. Two hours later got a call saying they don't accept my insurance, but I could pay $299 if I wanted the script. Very unsettling.

I'M CURIOUS, WHY DIDN'T MY REVIEW GET A RESPONSE? JUST IGNORE IT, IT WILL GO AWAY. I will never go back to this hospital. I'm embarrassed to say I work in the same field. Patient care is lacking. My 95yo grandmother moves faster. Came with legitimate proof of a painful condition and the doctor evidently didn't believe me until he saw the CT and Lab results then finally gave me Morphine.
