I experienced the best care I could have expected at River Park Hospital. The ER staff was prompt, considerate, and communicative. I had my lab and imaging results in minutes. The med surgical floor staff was excellent and the hospitalist coordinated with the surgeon to expedite my emergency surgery with my needs in mind. Beware of Dr. Douglas Atkins .he read my test results and billed me 300 dollars. Instead of billing it to my insurance company. I didn't know that he had turned it in to a collector..if he doesn't take my insurance then he should be qualified to read the results of the patient...I'm taking it up with the board!

Everyone was very professional and nice. My only problem was I had a 10 o’clock appointment and didn’t get called back until 1055. And the procedure didn’t start until 1145. I show up on time because I respect other people’s time I would appreciate the same

Outstanding care and service through the twelve week cardiac rehab program. Everyone providing care in this program was very knowledgeable and caring. The program also challenged me through a regimented exercise program and showed me how I can, within reason, push myself to achieve a better heart enhancing program that I can do throughout life.
