Great place!! It was my first time being scheduled here. A front desk girl named Melissa was so sweet and helpful with my paperwork. I was nervous for the appointment, she was great, we need more people like her in the world!
UPDATE: after the initial disappointment, today I received a call from the doctor who performed my biopsy. She was very apologetic and I found out she DID contact my PCP, the same day she got the results. She also immediately got me a referral to a surgeon. I am much relieved, but very disappointed with my PCP. I still think St Thomas needs to enhance their communication. If I had not been persistent, nor sure when I would find out. I understand not wanting to communicate with me, as they are not my primary provider, but it ... read more
