If you have to have a specialty surgery this is where you need to go.I'm going to have to say there probably the best in the country i had lower back surgery with Dr.Oren Aaronson and he's nothing but amazing i can already tell my back is gonna be like I'm 20 again when it heals the entire staff was just amazing i have nothing but great things to say about everyone 12 stars is still a little short
Okay, this place is hit or miss. Who and what is good is REALLY good and what’s bad is pretty bad. THE GOOD: There is a lady on the 4th floor who works behind the registration counter. I wish I caught her name. African American lady and between my pre-op day and surgical day she had broken her wrist. That part is not relevant to the story but a way to describe her so that if those in supervisor roles see this they will know who it is. She was WONDERFUL. Very efficient and very kind. The staff at this hospital was rude. If you can't have a family member with you 24/7 here wait until you can have someone by your side always supporting you because they don't and could care less about the trauma your body's been through or your pain.
This is a surgery center, NOT a hospital. I am here with a neighbor. Her doctors stuck their head in for 15 seconds, said all went well, would not stay to answer any questions. There is no food available in this building, you must walk 2 blocks outside to the cafeteria at the real hospital. I was in her room from 11 AM to 6PM and not the first person said anything to me.
