I love my provider, my providers nurse is great and she's been with my provider a long time. The office staff are kind and patient. The only thing I don't like is the answering service that sometimes answers the phone during clinic hours. They have no clue what I'm talking about half the time.
Excellent care providers!!. Staffing very kind.!! Wait time professional! Rural areas need more hospitals like Ascension saint Thomas.
Was pleased with my visit and didn't have to wait past appointment time. Also liked the check in online the day before my appointment to update any information. The only con was computers were running very slow so they couldn't make a copy of my insurance or take payment for co pay
They have good doctors in Centerville at St Thomas they are the best they would try to help you with anything they can they are very polite and always willing to help Dawn Glenn is the best
