Very pleased! My cardiology and ablation experiences were exception compared to other practices. Both Dr. Lugo, electrophoresis and Dr. Patell, Cardiology were patient, prompt, kept in touch, prompt follow-up, answered My Chart messages promptly, they explained all my questions at my level and were current on research and studies affecting my outcomes. I reside near Lexington, Ky and our commute was 4 hours each way. So worth it, I would do it again.
first of all the receptionist knows who I am and is always so Welcoming and polite, No sitting in the waiting area was taken right into a room. Nurse came in took my vitals. Very polite. Nurse practitioner saw me instead of the doctor And she was very thorough and asked all the right questions, and listened when I told her how I was feeling and what I was feeling all in all a very pleasant visit!
