Everyone was professional and courteous. From the housekeeping to Doctors.
If I ever have to go back to a hospital it will be Dekalb Hospital. The staff is so nice and friendly. They are very helpful. I have often heard bad things but being a patient in the hospital has definitely changed my perspective of the way the hospital works.
I have had several visits to this hospital and, unfortunately, my experiences have been disappointing. During my visits, I have had concerns that I felt were not adequately addressed, and I have encountered staff members whose communication came across as dismissive or unprofessional. I have also personally encountered bed bugs during two separate visits to this hospital.
