I don’t get why these reviews are so bad! I came to the ed late at night (3am) after waking up with excruciating stomach pain. It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had in the emergency room! I was triaged and taken in quickly, staff was super supportive and helpful, and I felt like I was in such great hands!!!! On top of that everything is SO CLEAN, from the interior to even the waiting room. I went to the emergency room to be seen in excruciating pain from a tooth ache. They told me there was nothing they could do to help me. I am an employee at the st Mary in Chicago and was seen abt 2 years ago for the same type of pain and was prescribed everything I needed! This place sucks, it’s like they think I’m lying about pain… The staff suck, lazy and not helpful AT ALL
