Honestly this has to be the worst experience ever. Workers need to learn how to respect boundaries and they are just not respectful at all.  I would never recommend this place for anyone.

The ground level and outpatient facilities are very nice and very patient available. I can't say the same for the inpatient facilities. In patient facility is cold, sterile, factory-like, depressing and institutionalized. The staff, like the facilities seem cold, detached and impersonal. They don't acknowledge your presence and avoid eye contact. I've had to make them pay attention to me while standing at the nurses station. There's nothing readily available to visitors or patients. I went to Asc. Prov. at 2100 Lake Shore today. During check on a tablet there was a section I did not agree to and could not continue. I went to the desk and explained I did not agree to the section. Melanie (what she said her name was) said you have to agree to it to continue. She checked agree, pushed other things and said I was checked in. Very disappointed with my experience at the hospital. The doctor was extremely condescending, dismissed concerns, and spoke in a way that felt disrespectful rather than helpful. On top of that, the nursing staff was largely unresponsive and difficult to reach when assistance was needed. Communication was poor, and it added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. Patients deserve compassion, professionalism, and timely care — unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

Unreliable appointments, poor directions/instructions to facilities, incorrect addresses provided, outdated signage onsite, extremely poor customer service at the imaging center.

I spent over an hour last Friday on the phone trying to confirm a Monday, 4/28 appointment, and to learn what I needed to bring with me, and if there was any prep needed to do my biopsy. The employer said, "No, not at all, just arrive 15 minutes before your 1 pm appointment." I arrived at 12:40, and everything went downhill after that. They did not have my order in their system. They wouldn't refill my son's Epilepsy medications because I had to miss a neurology appointment because of a flat tire. My son could die without his meds but they didn't care. Never had problems before this, but this did it for me. Never going to anything ascention again!

I have two pages written front and back of concerns. 1. Medicines were not always dispensed on time. 2. The staff took 45 minutes up to an hour and a half to answer call lights. 3. The bedding wasn’t changed properly. Sat in blood for a few days. 4. I was offered twice in a 9 day stay to help me wash up. 5. I asked for clean undergarments (I was wearing special undergarments) and didn’t get them. 6. The daytime nurse on two days (March 5 and March 6) was not very professional.
