They'll book an appointment randomly without reaching out to you only to surprise you a few days before the appointment because apparently they're booked up the wazoo. I've never had that happen to me before, good thing I caught it. It's a little off putting to the start of a patient relationship, (update) but they're pretty nice people once you get there...just definitely looks like they're extremely busy since the waiting room was super full.
Dr. Massey is just the best doctor in the world. She probably has a million patients but she always knows how to make you feel like you’re her only patient. She and I know how special my boy was and always will be. Dr Massey and her whole team absolutely made every single interaction, a wonderful and memorable one. I hope everyone in this unit know how important they are to me, they will always have a special place in my heart 💖
