I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Masse and the entire team. Everyone is so kind, caring, and welcoming. The ultrasound technicians and medical assistants are absolutely amazing and always make me feel comfortable and well cared for. I’m truly grateful to have had such a wonderful team taking care of me.
They'll book an appointment randomly without reaching out to you only to surprise you a few days before the appointment because apparently they're booked up the wazoo. I've never had that happen to me before, good thing I caught it. It's a little off putting to the start of a patient relationship, (update) but they're pretty nice people once you get there...just definitely looks like they're extremely busy since the waiting room was super full.
