Just left and I had an amazing experience at my appointment. From the moment I arrived, the Front desk woman with the blonde braids was very professional and warm .India the MA, was so kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Tiana Miller-Breland was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. I felt comfortable, cared for, and never rushed during my visit. The entire experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend this office!
This deserves less than a star. Front desk people are so rude and always have an attitude. I came in the on the 30th instead of the 31st because that’s what i put on my calendar when i called to book an appointment. So i came in and when they told me it was tomorrow the woman who was speaking had a smirk on their face. I told them the person i talked to told me to come on the 30th not on the 31st mind you in a really respectful tone. Worst office ever. This whole office answers the phones like if theyre being bothered and they never have anything available even for a little emergency. All the medical assistants just give you attitude, and so short. I had a covering provider a month ago and all at this point there was absolutely no point in that. They all give you stank faces and they just need better staff. Never going back.
By far, this was the worst experience I've had in a long time. Perhaps it was because I didn't book an appointment with the same doctor, but I felt rushed and judged. I overheard the doctor and nurse speaking loudly about me outside the room, which I found very distasteful, in my opinion.
