My wife got a Dexa scan at the RT 40 center and results came back with no numbers. Useless. The doctor called and was told it was the only report they have? Wife called and was told she had to have the doctor call. So messaged the doctor again and he called again and now told me” they will have to make an addendum?” Still no numbers yet? I left the Cardiac Center to next to the Imaging Center next to them to se if and how many people were waiting for a Venous Doppler imaging. I was told only 1person was back there. This was at 10:10 am. Was told to sign in and have a seat, I went back to the young lady at 10:45 and asked why I wasn't called yet to be regeristered yet, This after I'm watching others being called. I am trying to get the disc of my husband's thyroid imaging done on October 14 and the discs back that I brought for the radiologist to compare this recent study. So far, all I get is a person named Vanassa who says I will et a call back and I have left three messages and no responses so far. How can I obtain my discs and the one done on October 14. No responses to this request is ridiculous. Carol Anderson - the patient is David S. Anderson my husband! I do all the medical work. Please respond.
They scheduled me for procedures at 7 AM when I arrived they told me they didn’t do that at that location. I was more than upset. I am now using a reputable imaging center.
