My experience was with S. Crawford PA. He was kind and knowledgeable. He sent me to the ER also with Ascension Medical Group. The ER doctor & staff were also amazing to me. Then I was referred to a Orthopedic Doctor...my orders said within 3 - 5 days. It was a terrible experience just getting through to request an appointment. Finally after a couple of days I got to talk with the appointment desk. The 1st appointment was March 18. I said I needed it sooner. Then March 17. I requested sooner...March 13. They were wonderful in all respects. I was extremely sick and everyone there worked very hard to make me as comfortable and medically stable. Urgent care and the ER both were great. I would also like to thank the Drs. and staff at Sacred Heart on the 7th floor for all the great care they gave me. Hopefully you will pass this along to all of them for me. Thank you all so very much .
I was just denied treatment from the facility for not complying to wear a mask. The front desk lady asked me to put on one and when I denied her request and asked why the lady in front of me was audibly wheezing and coughing was not asked to do so, she replied because she was not running fever. I was not or have not been running a fever nor was that noted under my symptoms. At that time a staff member told me to put on a mask or leave.
